BLAST usage is essential for inding relative sequences from a query in bioinformatics. This allows to scan large databases of sequences to find similar sequences. In this article, we’ll describe briefly BLAST usage and analysis exemplified by the search of Hemaglutinin-esterase present in other SARS-Cov genomes.
